My login is different to my Wellhub login

If you already have a Pregnancy+ account using a different email address or social media logins, you may still be eligible to access Pregnancy+ Premium for free.

Unlock Premium using your existing Pregnancy+ account login details by following these steps:

  1. On the Pregnancy+ pop-up screen, tap on Contact Customer Support.
    If the pop-up screen doesn’t appear, you can reach out to us by selecting Contact Us in your profile. Just tap Profile (top right of the Today screen), then choose Contact Us
  2. Submit a request on the Contact us form providing us with you Wellhub account email address and your Pregnancy+ email address.
  3. Our Customer Support team will contact you once your account has been verified.
  4. Once your account has been validated you can continue to Pregnancy+ Premium.
