Articles are blank or not loading (iOS)

Experiencing problems with content or articles not loading is uncommon, but if it's happening to you, try the following steps to clear your cache:

  1. Open the app

  2. Tap on Profile (top right of the Today screen)

  3. Select Settings

4. Clear app cache

  1. Fully close the app and wait a few minutes

  2. Reopen the app to check if it’s working properly

Ensure you have a stable internet connection, as this can affect the app's ability to load content.

If clearing the cache doesn’t resolve the issue, please contact our support team, including a screenshot of the section where content isn't loading. This will help us assist you more effectively.
