My Wellhub login is different to my Pregnancy+ login

If you already have a Pregnancy+ account using a different email address or social media logins, you may still be eligible to access Pregnancy+ Premium for free.

Unlock Premium using your existing Pregnancy+ account login details by following these steps:

  1. On the Pregnancy+ pop-up screen, tap on Contact Customer Support.
  2. If the pop-up screen does not appear, go to your Pregnancy+ app, tap Profile (top right of the Today screen), then select Contact Us.
  3. Submit a request on the Contact us form providing your Wellhub account email address and your Pregnancy+ email address.
  4. The Customer Support team will contact you once your account has been verified..
  5. Once your account has been validated you, can start using Pregnancy+ Premium.
