If you've forgotten your password or need to reset it, follow these steps. If you’re currently logged in, make sure to log out and close the app before starting:
1. Open Pregnancy+.
2. On the Sign up screen, choose Already have an account? Login.
3. You will be directed to the Login screen. Select Continue with email.
4. Tap Forgotten Password?
5. Enter your email address and tap the blue Reset password button.
6. You'll receive a password reset email if an account is linked to that email address. Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
7. In the email, tap the Reset Password button.
8. This link is valid for 24 hours and will direct you to a page where you can enter your new password and confirm it. To save the changes, tap the Reset Password button.
9. Return to the app and log in as usual.
If your email address isn't recognized, your account might have been created using an alternative sign-up method like Philips, Facebook, Google+, or Apple. In that case, please log in using the method you originally used.
