If you've selected the Premium subscription option and want to cancel it you can follow these steps on your device:
- Navigate to your device's Settings.
- Tap on your account Profile located at the top.
- Select Subscriptions to manage your subscription.
Requesting a refund from Apple
If you've been charged for a Pregnancy+ Premium subscription, please be aware that we are unable to process refunds directly. Apple is responsible for managing and authorizing refunds related to Apple account transactions.
To request a refund from Apple, please visit this link: Apple Support. On this screen, choose Billing & Subscriptions, and then Subscriptions & Purchases. Within the Billing and Subscriptions section, you will find various options for contacting Apple to initiate a refund request.
Additionally, we strongly recommend canceling your subscription to prevent any future charges in the next billing cycle. To do this, turn off the auto-renew feature within your phone's iTunes account settings.
