If you’ve chosen the Premium subscription option and wish to cancel it on your Android device, you can follow these steps:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap on your profile picture or initials at the top right.
- Select Payments & subscriptions to manage your subscription.
Requesting a refund
If you’ve been charged for a Pregnancy+ Premium subscription, we can facilitate the refund process directly. To be able to consider this further, we require the GPA order number. You can find this number on the email receipt sent to you shortly after processing the subscription order. Alternatively, you can locate the GPA order number within your Google Play Store purchase history.
Additionally, we recommend canceling your subscription to prevent any future charges in the upcoming billing cycle. You can easily disable the auto-renewal feature in your Google Play Store account settings. While we cannot perform this action on your behalf, rest assured that the process is straightforward and can be completed at your convenience.
