Congratulations on your new pregnancy!
To add a new pregnancy in the app, ensure you have the latest version installed for the best user experience.
You have two options to choose from:
Option 1: Use your existing account
This option allows you to export your previous pregnancy data for safekeeping and then clear the app data to start tracking a new pregnancy:
1. Export previous data: Go to Profile (located at the top right of the Today screen) > Data > Export all data. You'll receive a zip file accessible via your browser.
2. Delete previous data: Next, navigate to Data > Delete data/account and select Only delete Pregnancy+ data. Follow the on-screen prompts. Please be aware that once deleted, this data cannot be restored.
3. Wait for 24 hours: To ensure the deletion process is complete, wait for at least 24 hours.
4. Update due date: After 24 hours, log in with the same email address or method used for your previous pregnancy. Then, enter your new pregnancy due date in Profile > Pregnancy > Due date.
Option 2: Create a new account
If you wish to keep your previous pregnancy data within the app, you can create a new account using a different email address or login method:
1. Sign out: Sign out of the existing account by going to Profile (top right of the Today screen), scrolling down to the bottom, and selecting Sign Out. If you have been using Pregnancy+ without an account, choose Reset app from the Profile > Data section. Keep in mind that selecting this option will permanently delete any existing data stored in the app, resetting it to its original state as if freshly downloaded. Therefore, you may want to export your data before proceeding with this option.
2. Register anew: Reopen Pregnancy+, select Sign up, and register with a different email address (or login method). You can then enter the due date for your new pregnancy in Profile > Pregnancy > "Due date.
Please note that if you purchased the Premium upgrade version for your previous pregnancy, you can still register with another email. The purchase is linked to your Google Play or iTunes email, not the email used within the app.
