Articles are blank or not loading (iOS)

Encountering an issue with content or articles not loading is fortunately rare. However, if this is happening for you, it's worth following the below steps to clear cache:

1. Open the app

2. Tap on Profile (top right of the Today screen)

3. Select Settings

4. Clear app cache

5. Fully close the app and wait a couple of minutes

6.  Reopen the app to see if it is functioning properly

It's always worth checking you have a good internet connection as that can cause problems with the app fetching content. 

If following the above steps to clear cache does not work, please contact our support team, providing a screenshot of the section in which you're having an issue with content not loading. Knowing which part of the app this occurs in will help us to provide you with a solution.
