Encountering an issue with content or articles not loading is fortunately rare. However, if this is happening for you, it's worth following the below steps to clear cache:
1. Open the app
2. Tap on Profile (top right of the Today screen)
3. Select Settings
4. Clear app cache
5. Fully close the app and wait a couple of minutes
6. Reopen the app to see if it is functioning properly
