If you've forgotten your password or need to reset it, please follow these steps:
1. Open Pregnancy+.
2. On the Sign-up screen, select 'Already have an account? Login'.
3. You’ll be taken to the Login screen. Tap 'Continue with email'.
4. Tap 'Forgotten Password?'
5. Enter your email address and tap the blue "Reset password" button.
6. You’ll receive an email to reset your password if an account is linked to that email address. If it doesn’t appear in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
7. In the email, tap on the blue 'Reset Password' button. The link is valid for 24 hours.
If your email address isn’t recognised, your account might have been created using another method, like Facebook, Google, or Apple. In that case, please sign in using the original method.
