If you’ve accidentally deleted your account or data, don’t worry! You can recover it within 24 hours by following these steps:
1. Log back into the app:
- Open the Pregnancy+ app.
- Use the same email address and password you used before deleting your account.
2. Confirm recovery:
- Once logged in, you’ll see a page notifying you that you recently requested data deletion.
- Tap on Cancel data deletion and follow the on-screen steps to complete the recovery process.
3. Check your data:
- After completing the recovery, your account and data should be restored.
- We recommend doing a few spot checks to ensure everything has been recovered successfully.
Important information
Recovery is only possible within 24 hours of deletion. After this time, the data will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
